"Ok, this goes here and that goes there and...aguh!" Abigail a girl of 19 years old screamed, as all the blocks she was stacking up fell over. She was a girl of 19 who had been abandoned by her parents when she was no more then 15 years old. She didn't know why they had left her they just did.
Abi which some people called her, had shoulder length red hair and fluffy bangs and light blue eyes. She worked late at a coffee shop, which was really the only, job she was able to find that would hire her. She was, after all a school drop out. She had quit school at age 16, cause it was too much pressure for her.
Now it was 10:00 at night and she couldn't sleep, so there she sit in her 500 dollars a month apartment, stacking blocks trying to make herself sleepy. It was a small place. It had one bedroom, one bathroom, a kitchen and a living room. That was really all she needed anyway.
"Aguh! That dream is driving me nuts! I need to get out for awhile. I don't care how late it is," Abi sighed, rubbing the sides of her head in frustration. She lived right next door to a girl called April, but the two didn't really talk much though. However, April seemed like a nice lady. Abigail didn't really trust people though, not since her parents just got up and left her.
Anyway, she had had a nightmare right after she'd gone to sleep, about some alien being who calls himself the Shredder. It scared her so much that she had woken up in a sweat. She even tried taking a shower and drinking green tea to calm down her nerves. It didn't help at all.
So Abigail got dressed, grabbed her coat and her keys and left her apartment, locking up before she left. While walking down the road she had no idea someone was following her her. All of a sudden, she was grabbed from behind and pulled into a dark alleyway. She screamed very loud.
Meanwhile, there was another who was also having trouble sleeping this night as well. It was a giant mutant turtle wearing a red colored bandanna around his eyes. And he wore a belt holding two sai weapons. This was Raphael, or Raph as his brothers and friends called him.
Raphael was wondering the dark streets that night cause a disuring dream had woken him up. He then sneaked out while everyone else was still sleeping. While walking around he actually saw a woman on the other side of the street, she looked stressed. He could tell. But he wondered,"Why would anyone else be out this late? What!" He saw a figure just behind the woman following her from behind. She didn't seem to notice he was there.
"This looks bad," Raphael said, and decided to follow from close behind. Suddenly the woman was pulled into a dark alleyway and he heard screaming. Raph got his sais out and ran into the back alley to see the woman being slapped in the face by a guy who appeared to be drunk.
"Hey, find a date somewhere else. Exspecially, when your not drunk would be a better time," Raphael said, throwing his sais and pinning the guy to the wall. Noticing what he was looking at, the guy screamed and blacked out.
Raph went over to the weak looking red headed woman and noticed her face looked all bloody and had scratch marks on it,"What? A giant turtle. I must be dreaming," Abigail moaned painfully as she blacked out from her wounds.
"d**n! I'm gonna get an ear full for this one," Raphael sighed, picking up the woman in his arms, and holding her bridal style started on his way back to the lair. He started jumping from building to building with Abigail in his arms.
While on the way back, he couldn't help but notice her looks. Her hair was his favorite color, and was beautiful. She wore a green shirt and a pair of blue jeans and also wore a jean jacket as well. And she seemed to be two inches shorter then him.
Raphael, after finding a manhole, close to the lair went down it trying not to drop the woman in his arms. He threw her over his shoulder, as he made his way down the latter closing the lid to the manhole. He then went back to carrying her bridal style after he got onto the ground of the sewer.
It took Raph about 10 minutes to get to the lair. After entering the lair though he screamed up to the rooms above,"Hey, I could use some help here!"
"Dude, what's the problem? Can't a turtle get a little shut eye?" Asked a orange banned turtle called, Michelangelo, rubbing his eyes as he came out of his room wearing a night cap and holding a teddy bear. But everyone liked to call him, Mikey.
"I was just having the best dream. I dreamed I built the world's best computer," said a purple banned turtle called, Donatello. But everyone called him, Donnie, or Don.
The last turtle to leave his room, was a blue banned turtle called Leonardo. But everyone called him, Leo. He just growled in reply as he exited his room. He was in a cranky mood at being woken up. He had been this way since he had been hurt by the woman he cared about. Her name was Karai.
Leo had been in love with her and she betrayed him. He had even been able to protect his brothers from her, as she turned her back on them and joined the Shredder. She had told Leo she had honor, but apparently she did not.
Then lastly, a huge gray rat came out of his room. This was Splinter, or Master Splinter, as the turtles called him. Sometimes they called him, Sensei. He was there master and father. Splinter had found the turtles when they were babies and took them in training them in the martial arts and making them his sons. He was the first to walk down to Raph and asked him,"What is it my son?"
