Episode 1

"Help!" A girl of fifteen screamed as she ran with her little sister Rin in her arms. This girl was Sakura. She was running though the forest carrying her sister Rin. A pack of hungry wolfs was chasing the girls though the forest. Rin was scared. She started crying a little,"Don't worry Rin. We'll be ok," she told her sister as she continued running,"I won't let anything happen to you, I promise." The two ran and ran. Up ahead they saw a demon with long silver hair standing in there path. This was Sesshomaru, lord of the Western Lands. He took out his whip getting ready to kill the wolfs when there was a huge explosion. Sakura and her sister were threw for a loop by the explosion, throwing them into the river. "Rin!" Sakura screamed as she reached out for her sister's hand. Rin cried as she was washed down the river and out of sight. Sakura was able to pull herself out of the river. She saw the demon from earlier sitting up, against a tree. She noticed he was hurt very badly. She walked up to him. He had this eyes closed as he laid his back against the tree. Suddenly his eyes snapped open turning red as he growled very loudly at Sakura. She backed off a little bit, startled,"Human!" Sesshomaru says growling,"What do you want with me?" Sakura gluped but still approached him anyway. She didn't need to worry about Rin. She knew her sister was very resourceful for a child. She'd be ok,"But your hurt," Sakura said. "That is none of your conserve! Now leave me!" Sesshomaru ordered. Sakura refused his request,"I will not leave! You gotten yourself hurt, now let me take care of your wounds," Sakura told him. Sesshomaru growled at that request. As weak as he was he took out his whip and whipped it at Sakura who just caught the whip as it wrapped around her arm. She jerked the whip over to herself and threw it off to the side, far enough away where Sesshomaru couldn't reach it,"You are very brave for a human," Sesshomaru told her. Sakura gathered up some water and some herbs, and some stuff to make bandages. Sesshomaru growled in protest as Sakura pulled down his kimono to clean and bandage his wounds. But she didn't back away from him scared or anything like most humans would do,'Why isn't she scared of me?' Sesshomaru wondered as he watched Sakura bandage his wounds. Once Sakura was done she pulled his kimono back up,"Are you hungry?" She asked him. "I don't eat human food, girl," he told her. It was then that he noticed her wounds. She was hurt herself, yet here she was taking care of him,"If I may ask, how did you get those bruises? Not from the explosion, those look like old wounds. Not that I really care, I'm just curious is all," Sesshomaru said. Sakura explained to Sesshomaru about her and Rin being homeless and having to steal food from town. She told him how the villagers beat on her and her sister for stealing from them. After she was finished Sesshomaru felt his heart jump up into his throat,'Why am I feeling this way for? This is just a weak little human. Why should I care if she gets hurt or not?' Sesshomaru asked himself. Sakura made herself another set of a bow and some arrows. She then set off to hunting. She killed a big boar and brought it back skinning the beast and eating it. She offered Sesshomaru some in case he had changed his mind,"I already told you, human that I don't eat human food," he told her. Sesshomaru then closed his eyes as he begin to rest. He was, still very weak from the explosion. Just then a small imp came up,"Lord Sesshomaru, what happened here?" he asked him. "Jaken, there was an explosion here," Sesshomaru explains. Sakura was shocked at what she heard,"You mean this is Lord Sesshomaru?! The lord of the Western Lands?!" She asked, shock clearly showing on her face. "Girl, how do you know of Lord Sesshomaru?" Jaken asked her. "Well, my name is Sakura. Me and my sister Rin, use to live in a small village on the outskirts of your land, Lord Sesshomaru. That was the village that I told you that was attacked," Sakura explained. "I see," Sesshomaru said. Just then Rin ran up to Sakura. "Rin, your ok," Sakura grinned as she hugged her sister. Sesshomaru sighed as he leaned back still in his weaken condition, and started resting. He wasn't really asleep yet but he laid there with his head against the tree, his eyes closed. Sakura and Rin then laid down and went to sleep. Just then something weird happened, the boa on Sesshomaru's shoulder acted like it had a mind of it's own. It jumped off of Sesshomaru's shoulders and wrapped around the two girls as they slept, trying to keep them warm. Jaken was shocked at this. Sesshomaru just sighed as he glared at the boa,"What are you doing?" He asked the boa. The boa ignored him and just started purring like a cat. Sesshomaru thought this was very strange that his boa would like anyone other then him. The next morning Sesshomaru went and took the boa off the girls before they had even woke up. His boa growled at this, but went along anyway. He didn't know why he even bothered but Sesshomaru sit there to wait until the girls woke up. He decided to wait until they woke up before deciding to leave so they'd know he was gone. A few hours later Sakura woke up, followed by Rin. "How are you feeling this morning, Lord Sesshomaru?" Sakura asked him. Sesshomaru sighed as he got up,"I'm fine," he said,"Let's go Jaken." Then turning to the girls he said,"If I were you I wouldn't stay here for too long, as some more wolfs will come by soon smelling out there comrades blood." He then turned and left. Rin, then went and pulled on Sakura's kimono, indicating she was hungry. The girls then rounded up some food for breakfast. Then after eating they cleaned up camp and started heading out. It seemed they'd have to find a new place to live. Too bad, for the girls though. It seemed they hadn't gotten out of the area in time. Sakura heard some growling noises. She turned around to see about 5 wolfs. She reached for an arrow, then remembered the explosion the other day. Her bow and arrows had gotten destroyed, and she hadn't had anytime to make anymore yet,"Oh darn!" Sakura said, as she picked Rin up in her arms and started running for it. The wolfs chased the two girls. Just then Sakura tripped twisting her ankle and landing on her face dropping Rin. Sakura was now too injured to run anymore,"Rin! Run, get out of here! Get Lord Sesshomaru!" She called from her place on the ground. But Rin was too scared to even move. She just stood there, fear in her eyes as she watched the wolfs kill her sister. Then they jumped Rin, and killed her. Just then Sesshomaru stopped in his tracks as he smelled fresh human blood. The smell came from where he had left Sakura and Rin not too long ago. He then turned around and ran back in that duration. "Milord where are you going? Wait for me!" Jaken yelled as he ran to catch up. Once Sesshomaru stopped he found himself in a clearing. There lay both Sakura and Rin dead in two small pubbles of blood. "Oh, those two are goners," Jaken said as he noticed the girls. Just then Tensaiga started pulsing. Sesshomaru took it out and looked at it. "You want me to revil the girl?" He asked his sword. Rin was the closest to him so Sesshomaru walked over to her holding out Tensaiga. He could see the beings from the neither world dragging down Rin. "Milord, what are you doing?" Jaken asked. "Another test," Sesshomaru said. He swinged his sword over Rin's body, and the beings from the neither world vanished. He then sit down and pulled Rin into his arms. Rin's eyes fluttered open. She was alive again,"Milord you reviled this human girl?" Jaken said, confused. Just then Rin panicked as she ran over to her sister's body and held her,"No! Please sister, don't die. Your all I have left," Rin sobbed. "She's spoken!" Jaken noticed. Sesshomaru got ready to walk away, but Rin stopped him,"Please Lord Sesshomaru! My sister didn't know who you were last night. She has showed you respect since then. Please bring my sister back to life as well," Rin begged. Sesshomaru sighed as he turned around, once again taking Tensaiga out. He saw the beings from the neither world once again. This time they were trying to pull Sakura down. He swinged at Sakura's body, making the beings vanish just like they did with Rin. And just like with Rin, Sesshomaru leaned down and held Sakura as the woman's eyes fluttered open, and she looked up into Sesshomaru's golden eyes. Sakura got up as well and stared at Sesshomaru. Both girls had also failed yet to notice that not only did Tensaiga bring them back to life, but also all the wounds they had ever had were gone. Jaken was shocked. His lord had tested the sword twice. Sesshomaru then got up to leave. Sakura then nodded towards Rin,"Let's go with Lord Sesshomaru, Rin. He doesn't seem like a bad person," she said. "Yes," Rin says. "Rin you spoken!" Sakura hugs her sister. She picks her up and runs to catch up with Sesshomaru. Jaken was in complete shock, but then snapping out of it he called,"Wait for me!" As he ran to catch up.
